Sanction and Disbursal

It takes 7 working days to sanction the loan.
Your loan will be disbursed within 2 days after you have submitted all the necessary property related documents as prescribed by the bank.
The loan amount will be disbursed directly to the seller of your home.

Salaried applicants : 
· Copy of latest 3 mths salary slip or salary Certificate.
· Latest Form 16.
Self employed applicants :
· Copy of IT returns, along with computation of income for the last 3 yrs certified by a 
Chartered Accountant along with the Membership No.
· Copy of P & L and Balance sheet and IT returns of the firm for last 3 yrs.
· Copy of partnership deed.
Common to all :
· 2 Passport size photographs duly signed on the front or back.
· First 6 pages of passport / voters Id card / driving license / School leaving certificate.
· Copy of last 6 months bank statements.
· Copy of latest credit card statements.
